As the managing broker of Iconic Colorado Properties, I pride myself on ensuring that every client receives the highest level of professionalism and care through excellent transaction management that diligently follows Colorado real estate law as well as the needs of each individual. I’ve been offering outstanding residential real estate services in Colorado Springs since 2013, and am a third-generation Colorado Realtor. My grandfather was the president of the board of Realtors in Boulder, CO and my mother was a Realtor both in the Atlanta Metro area and Colorado Springs with a career that spanned over 20 years. I started working for my mother as a part time assistant when my two daughters were little and I grew to love the industry. When my girls graduation from high school and started college, that gave me the freedom to pursue real estate full time and I’ve never looked back.

Working with both buyers and sellers keeps me engaged in both roles and helps keeps me up to date with trends in the market. I offer personalized service to all of my clients, regardless of price point – because I know that the purchase or sale of a home is critically important to every individual in the transaction. Communication, attention to detail and professional skill make for success in the marketplace.

Honing my skills through professional development and education is very important to me, and I enjoy taking what I learn and translating that market knowledge for the education of my clients. I believe that the responsibility and role of a Realtor is first to inform my clients of their opportunities in homeownership and to exhibit the heart of a teacher. I believe an educated consumer makes the best decisions.

I am a native Coloradan, and my husband Mark and I have been married for more than 30 years. We have two adults daughters who live in Phoenix, AZ. We are active in our local church, volunteer in leading community Financial Peace University classes and enjoy making our home in Monument, CO.
