Happiness at home is one of the best things we create in life. I consider it a privilege to help others buy and sell their own happy homes and build wealth through homeownership in the beautiful state of Colorado.

As one of the top 1% of REALTORS® nationwide, I serve home buyers and sellers with professionalism, diligence and care. I became a broker-owner because as an agent, I couldn’t find a local brokerage that fit the standards I offered my clients. So I created it myself. With more than a decade of experience now in residential real estate, l’m so proud of what we’ve built.

One of my greatest achievements in real estate has been Real Trends and The Wall Street Journal naming The Streater Team as one of “America’s Best Real Estate Professionals” in 2023 and me personally in 2020 based on our documented sales history and reputation within our industry.

Prior to real estate, I was an investigative newspaper reporter and the Finalist for the Pulitzer Prize for Public Service in 2003. After journalism, I was a financial pastor for two of America’s largest churches, helping others get out of debt and build wealth during the height of The Great Recession. I have been a Dave Ramsey Financial Coach for more than 16 years and my book “Your Money God’s Way” has helped readers discover financial freedom and new levels of peace.

Today I am fortunate to use my communication and financial experience to benefit my clients. I work hard, negotiate with strength, communicate with excellence and put my skills to work for good, kind people.
Fun facts: I make the world’s best fried chicken and I am always the first one on the dance floor. I’ve been blissfully married to Scott Streater for 28 years and we have three grown sons, two spoiled dogs and an ever-growing collection of passport stamps.
