As the managing broker of Iconic Colorado Properties, I pride myself on ensuring that every client receives the highest level of professionalism and care through excellent transaction management that diligently follows Colorado real estate law as well as the needs of each individual. I’ve been offering outstanding residential real estate services in Colorado Springs since 2013, and am a third-generation Colorado Realtor. My grandfather was the president of the board of Realtors in Boulder, CO and my mother was a Realtor both in the Atlanta Metro area and Colorado Springs with a career that spanned over 20 years. I started working for my mother as a part time assistant when my two daughters were little and I grew to love the industry. When my girls graduation from high school and started college, that gave me the freedom to pursue real estate full time and I’ve never looked back.
Working with both buyers and sellers keeps me engaged in both roles and helps keeps me up to date with trends in the market. I offer personalized service to all of my clients, regardless of price point – because I know that the purchase or sale of a home is critically important to every individual in the transaction. Communication, attention to detail and professional skill make for success in the marketplace.
Honing my skills through professional development and education is very important to me, and I enjoy taking what I learn and translating that market knowledge for the education of my clients. I believe that the responsibility and role of a Realtor is first to inform my clients of their opportunities in homeownership and to exhibit the heart of a teacher. I believe an educated consumer makes the best decisions.
I am a native Coloradan, and my husband Mark and I have been married for more than 30 years. We have two adults daughters who live in Phoenix, AZ. We are active in our local church, volunteer in leading community Financial Peace University classes and enjoy making our home in Monument, CO.

Prior to real estate, I was an investigative newspaper reporter and the Finalist for the Pulitzer Prize for Public Service in 2003. After journalism, I was a financial pastor for two of America’s largest churches, helping others get out of debt and build wealth during the height of The Great Recession. I have been a Dave Ramsey Financial Coach for more than 16 years and my book “Your Money God’s Way” has helped readers discover financial freedom and new levels of peace.
Today I am fortunate to use my communication and financial experience to benefit my clients. I work hard, negotiate with strength, communicate with excellence and put my skills to work for good, kind people.
Fun facts: I make the world’s best fried chicken and I am always the first one on the dance floor. I’ve been blissfully married to Scott Streater for 28 years and we have three grown sons, two spoiled dogs and an ever-growing collection of passport stamps.

I grew up in Colorado Springs and spent a lot of my childhood helping my mom run Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University class, so I’m an FPU grad more than a dozen times over. This has made me passionate about helping others build wealth through solid real estate investments. I bought my first home with my wife, Amanda, in 2022, and one of my favorite things to do is to get out of the office and help others become homeowners. I’ll help you get past any fears you may have and start your wealth-building journey.
As a second-generation Realtor with more than five years of experience, I understand how every happy client and every successful transaction builds the foundation on which our reputation as Realtors is formed. Amanda is a graduate of the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs and her life’s passion is helping special needs children and their families. She teaches elementary school children with special needs in the Security-Widefield school district. We are expecting our first child this fall. While I am currently working toward my Bachelor’s in Business Administration at University of Colorado Colorado – Colorado Springs, I am also working full time in real estate, helping our team and our family serve your family with the expertise, professionalism and friendly communication that we have become known for.
With more than two years’ experience selling luxury real estate, I bring to our clients a fresh approach at problem solving and some innovative marketing techniques. I’m a whiz at open houses and helping potential buyers see the opportunities that each of our listings may provide them. When I’m not at work or in class, I enjoy international travel, golf, hiking and being outdoors as much as possible. I recently climbed my first two “fourteeners” and look forward to conquering more of them.
One thing you may not know about me: I am an identical twin. My twin brother Addison obtained his private pilot’s license in high school and he is currently working on his Bachelor’s in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado – Boulder. I love working with my mom, Amie and my older brother, Cole. And you’ll often find us all engaged in some friendly family competition! I (Robert) am a Combat Veteran of both the U.S. Air Force and the U.S. Army, and have continued serving the community by helping buyers and sellers in Colorado since 2014. I earned “The Rookie of the Year” designation my first year in the industry and I haven’t slowed down since. My personal motto is “Honesty above all, service beyond measure,” and I live by that with each client I serve.

Christina has been living in Colorado Springs off and on since she was 13 years old. She is proud to call Colorado home and jumped at the opportunity to move back to our beautiful state with her family in 2013. Her husband, Rick, is a robotics engineer and the two have been married since 2002. They share three beautiful children, Calista, Beau, and Stone, along with their myriad of pets. There’s Fiona the Pyrenees, Noodle the Corgi, and the apple of Christina’s eye – Hewie the German Shepherd. And as if that wasn’t enough they have Lola a Siamese and Pikachu a tuxedo kitty.
Christina is a self proclaimed real estate nerd, loving all things real estate. She entered into the industry right out of high school, and worked for two of the largest multi-family property management companies at that time. Christina ventured out on her own after her son was born and started her business.
